Templates are used to apply business rules to a previously selected area on the map. Pre-created templates can be used for all types of business rules. To create a template, you need to go to the Business Rules > Map Templates section.
At creating a new template, you must:
Specify the name of the new template
Select an area on the map.
Specify the activity\inactivity of the template
"Restricting the access of offers" Business rule
By using the restricting access rule, a supplier can restrict access to all of its offers, or to part of the offers.
To create a business rule for restricting the access, you need to go to the Business Rules section> Restricting the access of offers.
Next, you need to click on the button "Create rule of the restricting the access”
Specify the name of the business rule
To go to the selection of retailers from the list, you need to click the "Next step" button. To select retailers on the map, you need to click the "Next step on the map" button.
After selecting the retailers, click the "Next step" button.
On the next page, select the products that you want to exclude from your offer.
Finally, save the business rule.
New business rule of restricting the access has been created.
"Minimum order amount management" Business rule.
The business rule of minimum order amount management is implemented so that retailers cannot send orders to the supplier with amounts less than those specified in the business rule.
To create a business rule for the minimum order amount, you need to go to the Business Rules section> Min order quantity management.
To create a new business rule, you need to click the "Create a minimum price rule" button.
First, you need to:
Specify the name of the business rule.
Specify the value of the minimum order price
Next, to go to the selection of retailers from the list, you need to click the "Next step" button. To select retailers on the map, you need to click the "Next step on the map" button.
After selecting the retailers for which the minimum order quantity is set, a business rule will be created and displayed in the list of minimum price business rules.
To change the standard minimum order quantity for all retailers that are not covered by the min quantity business rule, you need to click on the "Change for all Retailers" button.
Next, you need to specify the value of the minimum order quantity for retailers.
Click the save button.
For all retailers that are not covered by the business rule, the minimum order amount specified during setup will be set.
"Delivery days management" Business rule.
The business rule for delivery days management is implemented to determine possible delivery days for various retailers.
To create a new business rule, you need to click the "Create a delivery day rule" button.
On the next page, specify and fill in all the necessary fields and also specify "Delivery days" and, if necessary, "Processing time (start-end)"
Next, to go to the selection of retailers from the list, you need to click the "Next step" button. To select retailers on the map, you need to click the "Next step on the map" button.
After selecting the retailers for which delivery days are set, a business rule will be created and displayed in the list of delivery management business rules.
To change the standard delivery days of orders for all retailers that are not covered by the business rule of delivery days, you need to click on the "Change for all Retailers" button.
Next, you need to specify the value of the order delivery days for retailers. Click the "Save" button.
For all retailers that are not covered by the business rule, the order delivery days specified during setup will be set.
"Cashback Management" Business rule
When paying for orders from suppliers participating in the Cashback program, a percentage of the cost of the paid purchase is credited to the account of the retailer. Unlike ordinary cashback, interest on differentiated cashback on different products of the supplier may have a different percentage value.
To create a business rule, you need to go to the Business Rules section > Cashback management under the administrator account.
Next, while in the section, you need to click the "Create a cashback rule" button or edit previously created rules.
At the first step of creating a business rule it’s necessary to:
Specify the name of the business rule
To go to the selection of retailers from the list, you need to click the "Next step" button. To select retailers on the map, you need to click the "Next step on the map" button.
After selecting the retailers to which the differentiated cashback business rule will apply, it is required to:
Select products that will have a differentiated cashback percentage
Specify the quantitative value of the cashback as a percentage
Click the "Save" button
Created differentiated cashback business rule will be displayed in the Cashback Business Rules registry.
