To simplify the procedure for creating and editing business rules, the system provides the functionality of maps. You can also additionally use "quick" map templates.
Adding/editing a city districts template.
To create/edit area templates on the map by area, you need to go to CRM >Reference Books>Districts of the city using an administrator account.
To create a new template, click the "Add district" button.
To create a map template under an administrator account, go to Business Rules >Map Templates.
Next, by going to the page for adding a district, you need to:
Specify the name for the new district
Link this district to a specific area
Select the area on the city map
Save the changes by clicking the "Create" button
To edit a previously created district, go to CRM >Reference Books>City districts to select the desired district and click on the edit icon.
Next, on the edit page, you need to make the necessary changes and accept the changes by clicking on the "Edit" button
Using regions templates on the map.
Templates can be used when creating any business rules in the Smart Satu system. To do this, select a previously prepared template in the "Districts" field.
Manually selecting a region on the map and using filters.
When creating business rules, you can use manual selection of a region on the map, as well as filtering retailers by type and category. For manual selection of a region on the map, you need to click the "Select region" button.
Next, you need to select the desired region and go to the next step of creating a business rule.
