Retailer assortment management

This rule allows the Administrator and the Administrator of the catalog to manage the assortment of Retailers both included and not included to the retail network. All assortment cards created by the administrators of retail chains are available to the Administrator.
It is not allowed to create two assortment cards for one Retailer.

If the Supplier whose products are included in the assortment card has Mandatory products that, in turn, are not included in this card, then Retailer will see them in the product catalog.
Creating a business rule
To create an Assortment card, go to the Business Rules section>Retailer assortment Management.

Click on the Create Assortment Card button.

Set the Name of the assortment card; put the radio button in the Rule for the retail chain - NO.
Go to the Next step.

Select the Retailer from the list for which an assortment card will be created. At the same time, a search by Retailer Name, filtering by City area, Type and Category is available.
After selecting go to the Next step.
The list does not include Retailer, which are included in the RC.

If you need to create an assortment card for a RC, then you need to:

  1. Set the name,
  2. Choose a Rule for the retail chain - Yes
  3. Select the desired RC

After filling in, click on the Next Step button.

Select from the list Retailers for which an assortment card will be created. After selecting, click on the Next Step button.

Further filling of the assortment card with goods is similar for Retailers both included and not included in the retail chain. 

Adding products to the assortment card
At the step of filling out the assortment card, you need to select the necessary products. At the same time, a search by product name, barcode and filtering by category is available.
To add all products to the assortment card, you need to include a radio button in the table header.

In addition, it is possible to import the assortment with an xls file. To do this, click on the Import Assortment button.

Click on the Select button. Open the required xls file and click the Download button.
The imported xls file must contain in the first column barcodes of the target products - Product SKU. The second column is used for the system to set the record processing status - Upload Status.

After downloading the file, you can use the Download button to download the xls file with the results:

Open the required xls file and click the Download button.

After adding products to the assortment card, click the Save button.
After the assortment card has been created, it is displayed in the list of the BP of retailer assortment Management and is active.
Already created cards can be edited, paused/launched, deleted and additionally imported new products into the assortment card.
To import goods, click on the Import button.
